Terms & Conditions - Hotel Thalassa Suites, Bangalore
A copy of a valid government approved photo identity card of all the guests staying or visiting is to be submitted to Thalassa Suites at the time of check-in or visit. The booking will stand cancelled and standard cancellation policy applicable if any of the guests’ fails to submit a copy of their ID card.
The entire room rental, inclusive of taxes, for the duration of stay is to be paid in full on or before check-in.
The rates are on a per day basis. Taxes additional and as applicable. Taxes are dependent on government policies & statutory and as such are subject to change. As on date the taxes are 12% upto a room rental of INR 2499.99 and 18% above a room rental of INR 2500.00.
Billing on a 12 Noon check-in/ check-out basis.
Additional Adult Guest (13 years and older) will be charged at INR 500.00 plus taxes per adult and additional Child Guest (Age between 3 and 12) will be charged at INT 350.00 plus taxes per child. Additional guest will be permitted only if informed earlier and with approval of management of Thalassa Suites.
Depending on your tariff plan, breakfast may be complimentary with the room and for the guests convenience, will be served in the room between 08:00 Hrs and 09:30 Hrs. Breakfast will consist of either Bread Omelette with Butter & Jam OR South Indian Breakfast of the day serviced with a cup of coffee or tea. Please inform the reception your preference the night before.
Additional charges, such as, mini-bar, room service, telephone (Local/ STD/ ISD), laundry, etc., applicable on usage, the rates for the same will be displayed in the room or made available to the guest on request. Please check with the reception for updated rates. Additional charges are to be borne by the guest and are to be paid in full at the time of checking out or once every 3 days whichever is sooner.
Basement parking for the vehicles of the guests are subject to avliability and are on a first come first serve basis. Parking cannot be reserverd for any guest. Vehicles of visitors of the guests staying will not be permitted to be parked in the basement.
For payments made by credit/ debit card an additional charge of 2% is applicable for VISA & Master Card and 4.50% for American Express is applicable on the total swiped amount.
Thalassa Suites reserves the right of admission. No visitors are permitted in the rooms of the guests between 21:30 Hrs and 07:30 Hrs. All visitors are to submit a copy of a valid government approved photo identity card at the reception, in order to enter the room of the guests they are visiting.
Laundry service is provided by an external vendor and as such Thalassa Suites is not liable for any loss, theft, delays or damage that may occur.
Cooking utensils and gas at additional cost and provided on request subject to avilability.
All items, rooms and services are subject to availability. Thalassa Suites cannot be held liable for the service quality of third party service providers like Cable TV, Internet Service, etc.
The premise of Thalassa Suites is under video recording and surveillance and Thalassa Suites has rights and proprietary to all the images and videos captured by the same.
No guests or their visitors are to indulge in, perpetrate or be an accomplice to any illegal acts as stated in the Indian Penal Code and the laws of the Constitution of India; Thalassa Suites cannot be held liable for any illegal acts that may be committed by the guests or visitors of the guests at the premises of Thalassa Suites.
Thalassa Suites is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.
The guest will bear the cost of any damages caused to the property of Thalassa Suites by the guest or their visitors.
All disputes are subject to courts having jurisdiction over Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
